Pressure washing costs in Baton Rouge depend on what needs cleaning, its condition and how the site can be accessed. House washing and driveway cleaning are different scopes
Describe each surface on its own. A house wash should not be assumed to include the roof, driveway, detached garage or fence. Likewise, a driveway quote may cover a standard wash without treatment for every mark.
For example, “wash the front of the house” leaves room for confusion. A clearer request is: “Clean the front siding, porch floor and entry steps; exclude the roof and driveway.” If you want additional areas priced, list them as options.

What changes for a commercial property?
A storefront or shared property needs more than a description of the dirty area. Include opening hours, busy entrances, delivery times, parking limits and who can approve the work. Mention whether a tenant, manager or owner will provide access.
For example, a small entry beside an open café may need a different work window from an empty building’s walkway. Ask the quote to state the areas covered, access arrangements and any work that must happen outside business hours.
If cleaning is part of a larger task list, include the other items in your property maintenance request. Ask for each part to be clearly identified so you can decide what to approve.

- Your ZIP code and whether the property is residential or commercial.
- A separate list of the surfaces you want cleaned.
- Approximate dimensions and the number of stories, where relevant.
- A short description of stains and any known damage.
- Your preferred timing and any gate or access restrictions.

Read the scope before comparing the total

Useful question: “Does this price cover the driveway, front walk and porch, or only the driveway?” That is more useful than comparing two totals without knowing what each includes.
