Red Stick Property Services is an information and referral website operated by ABL Real Estate LLC in Louisiana. We help homeowners, rental owners and businesses in the Baton Rouge area prepare property project requests and seek introductions to independent service providers.
How RSPS helps
Our guides explain common project scopes, useful questions and the details a provider needs before estimating work. Submit a request with your property type, area and project needs. We review the information and possible provider availability.
Who provides the work?
The independent provider you choose supplies the estimate, agreement, materials and work. Confirm its applicable licenses, insurance, references and terms before hiring. RSPS does not represent itself as a licensed contractor or promise that every request can be matched.
How the website earns money
RSPS may receive a referral fee from participating providers. The provider explains its project price and payment terms directly to you. A website inquiry does not create a work agreement or confirm a booking.
Start with our guides to property maintenance, pressure washing, unit turns and painting and repairs.
