Pressure Washing for Baton Rouge Homes & Businesses

A house wash and a storefront cleaning need different scopes. Tell us which surfaces need attention, the property location and your preferred timing. Red Stick Property Services helps you prepare your request and seek an introduction to an independent service provider. Availability and the final scope must be confirmed by the provider.

Request a provider introduction

For homeowners

Describe whether you need siding, a driveway, a patio, walkways or fencing cleaned. Include the approximate area, number of stories and any delicate finishes. Wide photos of the property and close-ups of stains help a provider decide whether an inspection is needed.

Ask the provider to specify the cleaning method for each surface, protection for landscaping and adjacent finishes, and any stain treatments priced separately. Do not assume that every exterior surface should receive the same pressure.

For businesses and property managers

For storefronts, offices, rental properties and shared walkways, include the site type, approximate cleaning area and whether the property remains occupied during the work. Identify pedestrian access, vehicle traffic, available water and any restrictions on working hours.

If you need recurring cleaning, request a separate price and scope for each proposed frequency. State insurance documentation, vendor registration and site-specific requirements before a provider accepts the opportunity. Equipment, wastewater handling and access arrangements should be addressed in the provider’s proposal.

What determines the price?

  • Surface area, height and equipment access.
  • Surface material, condition and stain type.
  • Preparation, protection and separate stain treatments.
  • Water access, site restrictions and working hours.
  • One-time cleaning versus a defined recurring scope.

We do not publish a universal per-square-foot price: it would hide differences between a small driveway, delicate siding and an occupied commercial entrance. Ask for a written scope and identify exclusions before accepting a quote.

Prepare a useful cleaning request

Include your ZIP code, residential or commercial property type, surfaces, approximate dimensions, photos and deadline. Commercial buyers should also provide the decision-maker’s role, access hours and documentation requirements. Avoid including tenant records, door codes or other private access information in an initial inquiry.

Questions before booking

Can I request house washing and concrete cleaning together?

Yes. List them as separate parts of the request so the provider can specify methods and prices for each.

Can I request after-hours or recurring commercial cleaning?

Include those requirements. A provider must confirm availability and the applicable scope; submitting a request does not reserve a time.

Does RSPS perform the cleaning?

RSPS is an information and referral website. The independent provider is responsible for its estimate, agreement, work and applicable credentials. Ask for supporting documentation before hiring.
